The scientific term is a dopamine hit 💥
and it happens naturally when you sing.
No matter how soft or loud.
No matter what your skill level.

Sometimes you feel so good it makes you want to sing AND
it also works the other way around:
you can sing to make yourself feel good 🙂

5 - 10 min of humming in the morning will do the trick.
Maybe on your way to work - traffic is loud, nobody will notice! I do it on the London Underground or on my bicycle. 🚲🚇

Right now you can find feel-good song tutorials for
➡️ Use Somebody - Kings of Leon
➡️ Make You Feel My Love - Bob Dylan (cover by Adele)
➡️ Gravity - John Mayer
on my Patreon page - link in bio.
